I saw so many positive things online but I wasn't prepared for my experience! First, I was greeted by Zara who was so friendly and helpful. The little shop was so clean and charming. But the food wow!!! Amazing! Their Borek was beyond delicious! We had all three types: meat, cheese and potato. We were surprised that as much as we loved all three, the potato was the stand out! Their potato Borek was so flavorful and full of herby goodness! We will be back most definitely!

Just ordered simit (sesame and zaatar) for church and everyone wanted to know where I got them from. Delicious, and most importantly: fresh.

Food was literally incomprehensibly good. Lady was very helpful too, I love kaymak, only downside is nowhere to sit and you're in the valley so you're literally stranded

Introduction: My friend and I stumbled upon this establishment while trying to find something else. Upon seeing their baklava and bread offerings, we decided to pay this place a visit despite living thirty-five miles away. Food: Baklava When here one has to get their baklava; their baklava is the best I've had in Los Angeles. Usually, baklavas at other eateries tend to be stale or bland in taste. At Royal Pastry however, the baklava is fresh and vibrant in its flavors. The filo pastry bears good substance, the chopped walnuts or pistachios inside are delectable, and one can taste the cleanness and purity of the honey that's drizzled throughout the baklava [at other places often times cheap syrup, rather than honey, is drizzled on the baklava. It tastes very different]. As one takes a bite out of the baklava, the layered filo pastry, honey, and chopped walnuts becomes a triple threat of deliciousness that makes one reminiscence about the baklava after consumption. Ambiance: Casual Service: The proprietor is patient, polite, and friendly. Price: Affordable.
